This Usability study was designed and performed to present findings in a formal report for siphawaii.com.  After the report was designed, participants were recruited to conduct a thorough report of the results.

This study evaluated how easy or difficult it was for the participants to conduct the predetermined tasks while being observed.  In addition, their thoughts on the site's layout and features.  Also, the participants completed pre and post-test questionnaires.  Once, these findings were completed, the information was translated into an easy-to-understand professional report.

I applied principles of design for this genre to develop a visually appealing final report, to capture the attention of the audience.

The easiest part of this project was reporting my findings on the usability study.  However, creating the study was time-consuming.  Also, observing how the participants navigated and reacted to the site was difficult.
